Control Centre

All our Mobile Patrol Officers are fully Vetted and have a full CRB check and hold an SIA licence as required by law. The Mobile Patrol Officers undertake random visits to sites and will then conduct a patrol of them, looking not only for signs of Intrusion but also signs of Flood, Fire or any other event. When the Mobile Unit gets to a site, the Mobile Officer will inform Beesafe Control that he has arrived at the location. All sites are only ever identified by a number.

The Mobile Officer will inform the Control Officer that a patrol is about to be started. At the end of the patrol the Mobile Officer will again contact the Control Centre and report that the patrol is complete and also if anything has been found on the patrol, if it has the Control Centre will record it and call the Police or Key Holders as depending on the incident. On closure of the incident the Mobile Officer will leave a full incident report on site and will make sure that the premises are fully secure before leaving the site. The Mobile Officer will keep the Control Centre informed at all times as the incident progressess.

The Mobile Patrol Officer will then inform the Control Centre of his next destination, so that at all times the Control Centre knows the vehicles route, this is used as a back up to the vehicles electronic tracking system. The Mobile Section uses various types of vehicles, some fully marked up and some fully unmarked. All assignments that our Mobile Section visits will display our warning boards, which also carry our Control Centre telephone number.

The Mobile Drivers are all very experienced Officers and Drivers with many years of service. Each Mobile Driver holds a minimum rank of Mobile Supervisor, often called Mobile Inspector. As part of the Mobile Officers duties, The Mobile Officer will visit sites where we have Static Security Officers. The Mobile Officer will make sure that the site is being run as per the assignment instructions and that all records are fully up to date. The Mobile Officer will also be checking that the Static Security Officer is dressed in the corect uniform and has on any safety equipment that is specific to the assignment.

The Mobile Officer will complete a site visit form and the visit will be recorded in the site security log book. Mobile Patrol visits can be tailored to suit any assignment. You can have as many patrols from as little as one up to any pre arranged ammount. The patrols can be external only, internal only or external and internal. The amount of patrols can be changed with a single phone call and put into action immediatley.
